Warranty and Repairs
  • In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it’s important you contact our Customer Service.  You can reach us by phone on 020 3608 7495, or by email info@beetronics.co.uk. We will troubleshoot the problem with you first and can often resolve the problem remotely. Provided the item is defective you can send us your product using the repairs form.

    To speed up the process, please have your invoice number to hand before calling.

    We try to repair your product within 2 weeks. When your product has been repaired, you will receive an email, and your product is sent to you.
