The IRC7, infrared extender, allows you to continue using the remote control with flush mounted screens. All 7 series Beetronics monitors and touchscreens have a dedicated port for connecting the infrared extender. This allows you to use the remote control with the screen when flush mounting in ways that would otherwise cover the infrared receiver.
